About
My name is Katerina Kaloudi
Born and raised in Greece, originally from the island of Skyros, I grew up at sea, learning the art of sailing and navigation from my father at the helm.
My competitive journey led me to represent Greece at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, becoming the first woman to represent the country in Olympic Sailing.
Sailing taught me discipline, resilience, and clarity under pressure — principles that continue to guide everything I design today.
But my path did not end on the racecourse.
It evolved into leading and delivering some of the world’s most complex international events — including the Athens 2004 Olympic and Paralympic Games — where I served as Venue Program Manager, overseeing operations, logistics, workforce coordination, and cross-functional execution at global standards.
That combination — Olympic discipline and executive strategy — is the foundation of Sail Me Up.

Strategy Meets the Sea
Sail Me Up is not a charter platform.
It is a maritime retreat design firm.
I curate sailing and luxury yacht experiences across Greece through trusted, licensed partners — blending structure, foresight, and seamless execution with the natural power of the sea.
Every experience is intentionally designed.
Every partner is carefully selected.
Every detail thoughtfully anticipated.
Because time at sea should feel effortless — even when the planning behind it is not

My Mission

My mission is to curate deeply authentic maritime experiences in the Greek islands that shaped me — sharing Greece not as a destination, but as a lived story.
I bridge global travelers and leadership teams with the Greece I know intimately: its waters, traditions, people, and rhythm.
Through deep local knowledge, trusted relationships, and strategic design, I create journeys that feel both personal and extraordinary — elevated, seamless, and rooted in heritage.
Authenticity without structure is chaos.
Structure without authenticity is generic.
Sail Me Up delivers both.

A Life at Sea
Today, I divide my life between Greece and the United States, maintaining close relationships within the Greek sailing community while working with international clients seeking meaningful gatherings at sea.
The sea has shaped every chapter of my life — from Olympic competition to global program leadership to motherhood.
It remains my greatest teacher.
And it is where connection, clarity, and alignment naturally emerge.
